Terms of AgreementHello,
In this modern world of computers and the like, there can be the possibility of misunderstandings, so I wanted to simply spell out the terms of our agreement before you purchase a reading. There should be nothing intimidating or unusual about these terms. It should not deter anyone who is serious about getting a reading from me. It is simply meant to clarify this transaction in plain English so there are no misunderstandings on your part or my part.
As the Astrologer, i affirm:
1. I will deliver the reading you have requested, based on the payment, form and information you submitted.
2. This reading will be in whichever format you request (in person, phone, written email, recorded) in a time to be agreed upon later, by you and I.
3. I will make every reasonable attempt to ensure that accurate information is provided by you. That includes reviewing your form for errors or incomplete data, etc.
4. I will provide a copy of your chart, and a taped version, sent to you.
5. If a phone reading, I will offer to call you to save you long distance charges, as I get free long distance.
6. If appropriate and necessary, I will follow up with an email of remedies and suggestions for you, based on our consultation. (this included in "General Life Readings" and most others)
As the Client you affirm:
1. You agree that all information and advice you will receive from Mr. Geppi in this astrology reading is information you are requesting of your own free will and you will choose to use this information or ignore it of your own free will. As such, you are 100% responsible for any actions taken based on his findings and remedies, and you agree to absolve Mr. Geppi (and / or any employees or agents acting on his behalf) of legal culpability or recourse at this time or any future time based on this reading.
2. You have researched the services of Mr. Geppi and you have sufficiently interacted with him through the various ways he encourages (website, email and toll free number) and based on this interaction you have decided to use his services. You understand that Mr. Geppi discourages anyone to get an Astrology reading if they are unsure and that Mr. Geppi advises clients contact him through the means mentioned above before getting a reading if they feel this is necessary.
3. You understand that Mr. Geppi makes no claims to be a certified health practitioner in the traditional sense of western medicine, counseling or therapy. You understand that Mr. Geppi does not see Astrology as a substitute for other, more traditional health practices, but rather sees it as a way to enhance these practices and methods for those who see the relevance. Mr. Geppi is a certified Vedic Astrologer and yoga teacher and it is through these traditional Eastern healing systems that his services are offered and that you are agreeing to be counseled.
4. Having read this document, You agree that all sales of Astrology readings are final.
5. You understand Mr. Geppi is advising that at this point if there is any doubt in your mind or questions about this agreement or purchase, you contact him either by email, or his toll free number, (888-782-7108) rather than proceed; because as stated above, all sales of astrology readings are final.

This disclaimer is not to discourage anyone. It is simply to ensure that you, the client, are certain of getting this reading. In truth, I have never had a client request a refund or act upon advice given by me in a negative way. I simply realize that as more and more people are coming into contact with me and my services, I need to be crystal clear about these things. Hopefully this will give you more confidence in me with the realization that I am not interested in making a quick buck on someone who has not sufficiently investigated Astrology or me, my services and approach.
