Daily Moon Report: I will include the planetary energy at the beginning of each explanation those students of Astrology. The planets will show the lord of Day / Sign / Nakshatra / Lunar tithi – just as it is written.

Monday: Gemini (Ardra/Punarvasu) Moon|Mercury|rahu-Jupiter. 11th Tithi (Rudra - Fasting, Remembering God) The mind is active in the sign of Gemini, unfettered through movable air, ruled by Mercury. Until the mid afternoon, the Moon will be in Ardra, ruled by rahu. Rahu aspects from watery Pisces where he's been affecting weather patterns, bringing an early hurricane season etc. We must watch the stormy emotions today as the Moon is waning towards new, thus are mental capacity is diminished. Technical problems could be annoying today. An aspect from Venus Jupiter and Ketu could make us quite a dramatic day. An economic downturn, or bad news could be indicated. This evening the Moon will enter Punarvasu, ruled by Jupiter, a more gentle energy. A more nurturing and maternal nature could come forth this evening.

Tuesday: Cancer (Punarvasu/Pushya) Mars|Moon|Jupiter-Saturn. 12th Tithi (Sun - Cermonies w/Fire -Spirituality) Moon enters cancer today, which is ruled by the Moon as she will be in her ruling sign. A sensitive and connected energy is sought by the Moon as she transits the sign of Cancer. However the Moon is currently hosting Saturn in the sign of Cancer. Saturn is the planet of insecurity and fear. Thus as the Moon is waning today we may feel stressed and nervous and self-conscious. Especially as it relates to authority figures, our boss or parents for instance. Also Mercury is in the sign of cancer, and so the details are not as clear as they normally would be. Potential frustration as Mars is squaring this configuration from Aries. Be careful with intense emotions and the desire to strike back today.

Wednesday: Cancer (Pushya) Mercury|Moon|Saturn. 13th Tithi (Kama - Forming Friendships, sensuality). Again the Moon is joined Saturn in the sign of Cancer, bringing sensitivity and potential insecurities to the day. But there's also the capacity for peace and connection when the Moon is in Cancer. The nakshatra of Pushya is ruled by the Vedic god Brhaspati, the priest, and thus a conservative and patient mentality will take us far today. Cancer is a sattwic sign, motivated by the desire to do good. Saturn Mercury and the Moon are all in this sign today, thus there's the capacity to do good buy our fellow man. However again this square from Mars can add some tension and lead us into battle. Many times you judge the strongest planet to see which influence will emerge. In this case a Mars is the strongest planet.

Thursday: Cancer (Aslesha) Jupiter|Moon|Mercury. 14th Tithi (Kali - Giving poison, calling Spirits). The Moon will cross the turbulent nakshatra of Aslesha today. Mercury is the Lord of Aslesha and he just changed signs today, withdrawing support for the transiting Moon. This very dark Moon is feeling more and more drained of worldly capacity. We could be overrun by the emotions today, turning to food and other sensual stimulation as a way to compensate. With Jupiter and debilitated Venus very close together, we could also see more problems with sensual weakness as a compensation for lack of inspiration. Since Venus has been debilitated and join the node and Jupiter, our sensuality has been running high. Perhaps our spiritual discipline & sadhana has not been as strong as usual. Careful with money today.

Friday: Leo(Magha) Venus|Sun|ketu. New Moon (Vishwa Devas - Austerities / Meditation). The Moon enters Leo today in the 15th lunar phase, the new Moon. Vedic astrology reckons the new Moon as the last phase before the full conjunction. Western astrology considers the new Moon and full Moon, the day after. The new Moon in the nakshatra of ketu, joined two beneficial planets will make this a great day for meditation and introspection. As Jupiter and Venus are both Brahmins or teachers. This nakshatra refers to our ancestors and it's a great day for studying agent teachings or pondering them. The mind will be feeling drained however, and the emotions could be high and turbulent and critical. Allow the natural quality of Venus to inform the day. Try to be pleasant and courteous. This evening will be great for meditation and ritual. A powerful Mars in trine to the Moon will support for activity.

Saturday: Leo (Purva Phalguni) Saturn|Sun|Venus. 1st Tithi (Brahma - Good for all deeds). Saturn aspects Venus by transit, bringing determination perseverance to our down-to-earth efforts today. Venus in Virgo with Jupiter has been teaching us about us the senses and devotion for several weeks now, as she's been debilitated and challenged in Virgo. Today is good for all deeds, but especially ones that revolve around service as Venus in Virgo and Saturn, the Lord of Saturday are both about service. The proximity of these planets surrounding the Moon and Leo reinforce this nature. The Moon is now in a trinal relationship with Mars, allowing his nature to be a more creative influence also today.

Sunday: Virgo (Uttara Phalguni) Sun|Mercury|Sun. 2nd Tithi (Vidhatr - Laying foundations). The Sun will be very powerful planet today as the Lord of the day and of the nakshatra Uttara Phalguni.Mercury has entered Leo adding skill and intelligence to the day. Virgo is concerned with technique and details as exhibited by Lord Mercury, the powerful illumination of these qualities can emerge with Mercury & the Sun joined in Leo. A good day to renew your dedication to a person, or a practice as Uttara Phalguni is governed by the Lord of contracts. Making things permanent and long-lasting will feel natural today. Walk in the woods near water will also feel good today.
